The client was looking for a co-operate website integrated with an online shop that would help them sell their products online. They wanted an end-to-end solution that allowed their clients to view their product catalog, place orders, and make payments online without having to interact with the Impact Botanics staff. I designed a custom layout that fit their needs and developed e-commerce, a platform that made it easy and enjoyable for their clients to view their product offering, take advantage of offers and make orders on the website. We also made it easy for the client to add new products to the website and make cosmetic changes to the website without having to contact me every time to change something on the website.

Scope of the Project

The Challenge
- At that time, Impact Botanics Africa had a site, published on their domain, but it was static and could not be updated easily.
- They also had high design expectations and the site had to look clean, crisp, and modern.
- They had already a mockup template so they needed someone to build the structure and configure everything.
The Solution
As soon as we were all at the same page concerning the objectives, I started working on website. We agreed with the client on a monthly development retainer plan. That gives both parties the flexibility to prioritize the custom development work needed and or add any information that was needed. I started the website as a new WordPress-based project, utilizing Impact Botanics Africa own Starter theme and made some improvements to it. I launched the site’s primary version within three weeks and within that period we set the site live after four weeks since the client didnt have any reviews at that moment.
